Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced "SEO/SEM Specialist and Media Buyer Professional" for a Leading Hair and Skin Care Product Group. The SEO/SEM Specialist and Media Buyer Professional will be responsible for driving website traffic, increasing online visibility, and optimizing online advertising campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

The position will be based in Beirut (covering the region).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and develop targeted keyword lists for website optimization
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and other on-page elements for improved search engine rankings
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify website errors and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO fixes
  • Monitor website traffic and performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Provide recommendations for website content and architecture improvements
  • Monitor and analyze search engine algorithms and adjust SEO strategies accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO
  • Provide regular reporting on SEO performance metrics and progress towards goals
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop integrated marketing campaigns
  • Develop and execute paid search campaigns using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms
  • Conduct keyword research and develop targeted keyword lists for campaigns
  • Write effective ad copy and develop landing pages that align with campaign goals
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment, including bid management and ad placement adjustments
  • Implementing Remarketing or retargeting campaigns
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
  • Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements
  • Develop and execute media buying strategies that align with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for media buying on social media platforms.
  • Negotiate media rates and contracts with social media publishers and partners.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media campaign performance using analytics tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO/SEM, media buying, and online advertising.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other analytics tools.
