Jobs for Humanity is hiring a digital marketing manager who will expand our brand across all marketing channels.

Job Description

This job requires building a digital marketing strategy to attract more candidates to our job sites through SEO, paid advertisements, and social media. 

They key is to identify the proper strategy to attract candidates, know how to advertise the right jobs to the right people and to executive across various channels and online communities. Success will be measured quantitatively based on growth in site visits and applications over time.

Secondarily, we have build an exceptional training program that we offer to employers. We'd like to distribute this training into bite sized insights across various channels we have to boost Jobs for Humanity's brand.

This role reports to the Executive Director and focuses on creating and implementing compelling and engaging digital experiences that resonate with employers and job seekers. As gatekeeper to our owned digital experience, you are involved in the website at the strategic, tactical and operational levels. 

Currently, the team is working from their respective homes and the expectation is that this role will operate as a fully remote. 

    Qualifications
    • Implement strategy across web properties, collaborating heavily with brand, product, marketing, and technology teams in planning, development and optimization.
    • Serve as a power-user for the content management system and other centralized web operations tools, building and updating web pages.
    • With an eye for design, partner with stakeholders to build new and revise existing content in creative, attention-grabbing ways that create brand preference and drive business needs.
    • Be our SEO manager to optimize content and site experiences for organic search.
    • Drive consistent messaging by implementing a content categorization and tagging system that enables audiences to quickly and easily find relevant content.
    • Work cross-functionally to develop and streamline workflows to increase efficiency, effectiveness and scalability.
    • Collaborate with web developers and the Technology and Data Solutions team to highlight business needs for enhancements and innovations.
    • Measure success based on KPIs, and use data to inform decisions and improve channel performance.

    Skills

    • Knowledge of the recruitment market (or major willingness to deep dive into it) is a must.
    • Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems
    • Experience with Semrush or similar SEO plugins
    • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Google Search Console
    • Understanding of content Google Ads
    • Strong project management, communication, and persuasive writing skills
    • Energetic, passionate, with an appetite to grow
