Job Title: eDiscovery Project Coordinator

Compensation: $65,000-$70,000

Aitheras LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced eDiscovery Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eDiscovery services and litigation support, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience in FOIA requests fulfillment for the Federal Government.

Responsibilities:

Oversee project planning, SOP development, personnel supervision, and execution of quality assurance plans
Manage all metrics, reporting, meetings, and interfaces with the government related to the project's activities
Ensure the collation and submission of all deliverables
Act as the most senior member of the vendor team, taking full responsibility for the successful completion of the project
Maintain compliance with directives for the secure handling of documents
Work closely with clients to manage expectations and minimize risk exposure

Qualifications:

Certification in an eDiscovery program preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges
Three years of experience in fulfilling FOIA requests for the Federal Government
Thorough knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements governing FOIA responses
Two or more years of experience using the NUIX eDiscovery system (Workstation and Investigate
