Tech Lead

What the Job covers

  • Leading the development and implementation of technology strategy: The Tech Lead is responsible for setting the technical direction for the organization and ensuring that it aligns with the overall business goals.
  • Managing technology teams: The Tech Lead is responsible for managing and hiring a team of developers, designers, and other technical staff.
  • Managing budgets: The Tech Lead is working closely with Client Servicing Team to set the right budget and time required for any tech projects.
  • Leading in terms of building a new division for Green Park Content in APAC.


Who we're looking for


  • Bachelor's degree graduate in science, engineering, or related field
  • People management and Project Management experience
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/support requests at the same time
  • Ability to build professional relationships with employees and clients
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
