What you'll do:

  • Collaborate closely with bid teams, crafting intricate win strategies that align with our sales objectives for target clients.
  • Play a pivotal role in advising the segment on profitable growth opportunities, utilizing your expertise to foster business retention, cross-selling, and market exploration.
  • Establish and execute business development plans, particularly focusing on expanding our QoL services, especially in the realm of Facilities Management.
  • Act as the conduit between our customers and segment leadership, championing their needs and influencing our strategic decisions.
  • Play a key role in Food Transformation for the region.

What you bring:

  • Proven success in leading complex bid management and driving business development efforts.
  • Strong team leadership experience with the ability to inspire motivation and engagement.
  • In-depth understanding of facilities management, both hard and soft services, within a matrix organizational structure.
  • Ideally have exposure to the food industry due to the exciting transformation of our food offering
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Proficient in commercial negotiations and a strategic thinker with innovative solutions.
