We have an exciting opportunity to join Sodexo as the Marketing Campaigns and Communications Manager for the Government and Agencies segment.
As the Marketing Campaigns and Communications Manager, you will create, deliver, and measure the effectiveness of marketing communications campaigns. You will own the segment marketing communications strategy and work with a range of stakeholders to create compelling B-2-B content that engages existing and prospective clients.
You will be accountable for advising and delivering on marketing and communications across various channels and ensuring that plans and campaigns are strategically planned and executed. With a growth mindset, you’ll be working closely with the executive leadership, Marketing Director and agencies to position Sodexo as a strategic partner in the government space. You’ll be able to build strong relationships enabling you to identify, advise and deliver integrated communications campaigns that provide a competitive advantage.
You’ll be passionate about marketing and communications with ideally some experience of marketing communications in the public sector on a B-2-B basis. With exceptional time and stakeholder management, and a proven self-starter you will be able to bring innovation, challenge, and creativity to marketing communications. This is a unique and challenging role to get stuck into!Main Responsibilities - Own segment web and marcomms strategy in partnership with regional Webmaster, providing an optimum user experience and growing engagement. - Design and lead account-based marketing campaigns to support key bids and retentions. - Be the Product Owner for Showpad, ensuring content is uploaded in a timely manner and correctly tagged, and manage an ongoing programme of content upload and creation to include design of experiences and pages. - Lead on regular e-newsletter production, including content creation where necessary. - Create and brief client communications including case studies, reports and film to support strategic objectives and communicate key marketing messages. - Liaise with all relevant parties to book and brief creative partners. - Source and review performance analytics and share with the business.
Ideal CandidateExperienced marketing communications generalist, with exposure to internal and external communications, either in-house or agency, able to deliver a 360 external communications campaigns. - Knowledge and demonstrable experience in devising and executing campaigns - The ability to influence in a matrix structure and build a strong network - Experience of working with multiple external corporate stakeholders and government departments
