Location: Remote in the US, with the ability to work EST

Job Type: 2-year contract opportunity with potential for extension

Compensation Range: $35 - 40 per hour/ W2

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer! Our client is seeking an in-house Graphic Designer who will work closely with Marketing on the creation and designing of print and digital assets. This opportunity is a remote, long-term contract. The ideal candidate will be creative while complying with branding standard guidelines. In this role, you'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing the timelines and expectations of multiple stakeholders. **

Responsibilities:**

Prepare high-quality concepts, design and layout for marketing.
Prepare materials for print/digital and Veeva approval and review production proofs.
Editing of print and digital deliverables.
Veeva upload for approval.

Qualifications:

Experience level: Experienced
Education: Bachelors (required)
3+ plus years experience in Graphic Designer at an agency or in-house creative team.
Pharmaceutical design experience.
Hands-on print and digital design for corporate communications.
Adobe Creative Suite expertise.
Veeva Vault experience.
Must have the ability to conceptualize and design from start to finish.
Must possess great interpersonal skills and be able to manage and speak with clients.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to be flexible with shifting deadlines within reason.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and timely follow-up.
Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people and accept feedback.
