What You’ll Be Doing –**

Our Tax team brings significant value and contribution to our company by ensuring compliance with federal, state and foreign tax authorities. As our business continues to grow, it is vital that that our Tax Department is expanded to contribute to the bottom-line business. At TTEC, our Tax professionals also focus on the planning of future tax strategies and work to make a substantial contribution to business decision making.

You'll report to the Director of Global Tax. You will be using your tax professional skills in complying with the tax requirements of federal and state tax authorities. **

During a Typical Day, You’ll**

  • Manage filing of foreign tax returns with assistance of outside preparers to include completion of related tax packs and local filing requirements as well as provide review and initial approval of completed filings, support review of US federal, state, and local tax estimates, calculations, and tax returns to include form 1120, 1065, and 1042
  • Work alongside Financial Reporting team to complete local statutory financials and calculate and/or review respective tax provision
  • Review quarterly ASC740 provision calculations for multiple foreign entities and support global consolidated provision and financial reporting to include calculations of RTP’s, booking journal entries and executing SOX controls
  • Knowledge of transfer pricing principles and implications to US tax law, Subpart F implications, GILTI inclusion, foreign tax credits, as well as provide technical support and sufficient documentation related to various tax positions
  • Analysis of balance sheet tax accounts and monthly reconciliations for individual companies including any necessary accruals and/or adjusting entries and assist with country by country reporting
  • Conduct research on tax filings positions, prepare memos, and generate relevant supporting documentation.
  • Assist with tax audits and contribute to special projects when needed

What You Bring To The Role

  • Undergraduate or graduate accounting, tax or other applicable degree
  • 5+ years tax experience relevant to position, CPA and/or MST
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities
  • Proficient in using tax compliance systems and software
  • Experience with tax research material and applications

The anticipated range is $85,000 - $107,525. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels. **
