At Factorial we're looking for an Performance Marketing Manager - Western Europe to help us boost the company to the next level. **

The Role**

You will be responsible for the execution and measurement of the performance of marketing actions, campaigns, inbound strategy and paid campaigns helping the rest of the team to measure the impact of actions through the marketing funnel and customer journey.

You will co-design, and execute performance acquisition marketing plan, and growth the current leads data base, improving results on the CRM. **

What Will You Be Doing**

  • You must be fluent in English and French or Dach
  • You will collaborate and contribute to design the performance strategy with the objective through acquisition and nurturing tactics.
  • Lead the Marketing KPIs monitor to the ROI achievement.
  • You will execute the different tactics of the performance strategy in collaboration with the rest of the Marketing team.
  • You will be responsible for the constant analysis and reporting of the performance of the different campaigns, actions and acquisition channels.
  • You will propose and execute A/B tests and recommend optimizations in channels, audiences, and marketing channels.
  • Perform multi-touch attribution models throughout the funnel to ensure the effectiveness of Campaigns and actions.
  • Communicate findings and propose actionable recommendations to address the problems.
  • Implementation of results-driven campaigns, with inbound and paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads and Meta)
  • Manage Hubspot, GA4, and other marketing monitor tools.
  • Align the proposal performance tactics to the main marketing strategy and the Go-to-market plan, for several countries.

Your Profile 🧐

  • Experience in B2B is mandatory.
  • Previous Inbound marketing experience
  • Good knowledge of SaaS business model
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent experience in digital marketing
  • Strong experience in paid media: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
  • Strong knowledge of CRM(Hubspot desirable) and Customer Journey Optimization
  • Must be KPIs and results-oriented
  • Experience in Martech tools
