What's the role?
As People Business Partner for our Product and Commercial departments, you'll play a vital role in supporting the leaders and all the people within those teams throughout their entire success journey. This includes helping with competency mapping, providing talent acquisition support, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences, fostering success management, promoting engagement, and facilitating continuous learning and development.
You'll be working closely with a people team, which consists of other business partners, a people operations specialist, and a Talent Acquisition team as well as Logistic and Office managers. Together, you'll make a real impact on our company's success. You'll be reporting to our Chief People Officer, who values your input and supports your growth in this dynamic role.
All the responsibilities we entrust in you:
Act as the first point of contact for leaders and all people in the departments you support.
Engage with and create strong relationships with leaders to ensure strategic collaboration and decision making efforts
Become an extension of the departments you support by understanding their needs, providing proactive and effective solutions to situations and encourage growth and development
Take an active role in understanding the business and its people in its entirety and use this knowledge to design objectives that are impactful towards both
Assist in the day-to-day administrative and operational duties to drive the overall functioning of the People Department where necessary
Be a friendly face for our people for any general inquiries, offering guidance in line with our internal policies and local legislation
Ensure other departments have the necessary people information in order for them to carry out their functions
Support maintenance of personnel files and data
Act as a change expert to ensure smooth organization transition and clear communication of such
Lead the development and execution of policies, procedures, initiatives and projects consistently
Own and follow up on people issues and work together with respective leaders to resolve them as smoothly as possible, in line with internal expectations, procedures and legislation
Support in keeping the business competitive and thriving by consistently keeping oneself updated on industry and department related news and trend and converting these to internal projects and objectives where necessary,
Promote a positive work climate to support the attraction and retention of talent in the business through strong personal behaviours which align with our values.
Help create an internal culture by investing in defining, creating and maintaining a strong leadership presence.
