Job description

InnoWave is currently in search of a highly skilled and experienced Azure IoT Engineer to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate should possess consolidated expertise in .NET backend services, Azure IoT technologies, REST API development, and container environments.Responsibilities: - Apply consolidated experience in Azure IoT, encompassing IoT Edge, IoT Hub, Event Hub, Stream Analytics, etc., to devise and implement robust solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain backend services in .NET to support IoT applications and functionalities. - Construct and engage with REST APIs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance. - Showcase proficiency in working with container environments, specifically Dockers and Kubernetes. Familiarity with serverless architecture is considered a plus. - Implement DevOps best practices and actively contribute to the development and upkeep of CI/CD pipelines. - Utilize Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Git for streamlined code management, infrastructure provisioning, and version control. - Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional agile/scrum teams, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Employ JIRA and Confluence for effective project management, documentation, and collaborative efforts.

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Azure IoT technologies. - Strong knowledge and practical experience in .NET backend services. - Consolidated experience in the creation and interaction with REST APIs. - Proficient in working with container environments, particularly Dockers and Kubernetes. Knowledge of serverless architecture is advantageous. - Sound understanding of DevOps best practices and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably utilizing Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Git. - Programming languages: C# (preferably), Python, Java, with C/C++ as an additional asset. - Prior experience working on agile/scrum teams and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence are highly desirable.
