This is your chance to be part of a Global Sales Team that ensures Hilton owners and operators receive the combined benefits of scale, access, competence, and experience. As the Director of Incentive and Meeting Sales- All-Inclusive , you will support the team responsible for providing a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands by being relentlessly motivated to grow market share. On the All-Inclusive Sales team reporting to Assistant Managing Director of All-Inclusive Sales, you will focus on a portfolio of Hilton's accounts within the Intermediary vertical market. You will identify, develop, and lead accounts to drive revenue and market share growth. Also, you will drive performance through internal and external development.

How You Will Make An Impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. **

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like**

  • Drive accounts in the vertical market for All-Inclusive group business.
  • Maintain account qualification and compliance to account governance protocol.
  • Nurture clients' daily needs while identifying viable opportunities for deliberate initiatives crafted to improve operational and financial performance.
  • Model account-based trends weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually with data compared to previous years' results, including forecast development for future account-based growth.

How You Will Collaborate With Others

  • Mentor Hotel and Hilton Sales team members (All-Inclusive HWS Sales Experts) in their educational and annual programs through your understanding of this segment.
  • Support Hilton leadership in providing account-specific mentoring to increase All-Inclusive sales and effectively use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.
  • Network with business decision-makers and executives to influence positive All-Inclusive buying.

What Deliverables You Will Take Ownership Of

  • Develop account planning strategies to facilitate growth. Aggregate client account-based growth data and evaluate areas of opportunity.
  • Ensure revenue targets are achieved by generating leads and mining opportunities within existing accounts to drive incremental revenue.
  • Understand industry trends that impact customer All-Inclusive buying and offer new ideas with innovative solutions.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

  • Ten (10) years of professional experience, especially in the meeting and Incentives sales segment
  • Five (5) years of All-inclusive multi-resort sales management experience 300+ rooms or in a corporate national sales management role selling a portfolio of All-inclusive Hotels in a Sales Director level role.
  • Four (4) years of Managerial experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the Intermediary industry
  • Travel 40% of the time.

It Would Be Useful If You Have

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Written and verbal Spanish
  • Experience being responsible for national and/or global accounts.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Delphi
