The Role** Link Advice, a specialist provider of financial advice service looking for a Team Leader managing a group of Financial Advisers which is a telephone based intra-fund Advice Team.
As part of the Link Group Retirement and Super Solutions division, Link Advice prides itself on the quality of its advice, support and mature business model.
In partnership with some of Australia’s largest Superannuation Funds, and with a focus on providing quality intra-fund advice, you will have the opportunity to help educate and advise Australians on how to make the most of their superannuation savings.
This is an ideal position for: - To lead and manage team of Financial Advisers - Roll out Business initiatives and goals. - Oversee and manage team performance and governance of compliant advice. - Manage personal development plans through training and coaching. - Management of Team ability to meet service deliverables and metrics.

Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities - Lead the team in delivering key business initiatives and goals. - Be accountable for the team in meeting KPI’s and advice metrics, whilst supporting and driving the team to achieve results. - Optimising productivity through maximising Team capacity - Drive the Professional Development Days and team meetings to ensure our Advisers have the appropriate training. - Support the provision of Professional Development Day - Support and drive Business Update meetings when required. - Review Quality of Team Advice through call monitoring. - Attend Audit review feedback meetings and put in place monitoring plan in collaboration with Compliance Team

Experience & Personal Attributes - Strong leadership skills, including proficient communication and influencing skills. - Degree qualified with approved FASEA studies. - Preferably on FAR (Financial Adviser Register) - Have as a minimum 1-year experience in leading and managing teams. - Personable and high emotional intelligence - Has great attention to detail and able manage workload - Able to delegate effectively and work autonomously. - Proficient knowledge of software systems – Xplan and Aaspire is favourable. - Relevant tertiary qualification in financial planning, economics, business/finance or accounting is favourable. - Link Advice is a Professional Partner of the FPA. - You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.
