Daily schedule: M-F Core Hours, flexible Job Description: Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Typical Day in the Role: What will a typical day in the life of this role look like once the TEMP is ramped up? -learn about program and requirements and understand the tool, review partner’s investment requests, team will manage 2-3 programs or , SLA 1 business day -70% of job will be following an SOP to approve, decline or request more info for approving program budgets. Other 30% will be working with Stakeholders and talking/advising on financial findings/needs/budget -Working through a lot of spreadsheets, including Excel -On occasion may support other departments/teams with communication to the customers/partners **
