Job description

Radware's Sales Operations team's focus is to work collaboratively across the organization to develop impactful and measurable initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and enable efficiency. The team's focus is to ensure stakeholders are focusing their key efforts and energy on what's important by delivering actionable reporting and analytics.You will partner with key leadership stakeholders to advise on sales growth strategy, constantly focused on how our data, reporting, processes, systems, people, and tools can best work together.

Tasks at Hand: - Data Analysis and Reporting: - Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Generate and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management and sales teams - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize sales strategies - Provide necessary data and reports to support sales initiatives, such as pricing, promotions, and territory planning - Sales & Deal Desk Support: - Support the deal desk process – including order approvals, preparation for booking, liaising with Order Management & others to ensure smooth processing and delivery - Collaborate with the sales team to address day to day operational inquiries and issues - Support the organization of regular Cadences and Sales Kick-offs/Events - Sales Process Improvement: - Collaborate with the sales team to streamline and improve sales processes - Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation to enhance sales productivity - Implement and monitor best practices to ensure a smooth and efficient sales work flow - Forecasting and Pipeline Management: - Assist in sales forecasting by examining historical data and current trends - Maintain and update the sales pipeline to provide accurate forecasts - Work with the sales team to ensure alignment between forecasts and actual performance - CRM Management: - Administer the CRM system and ensure data integrity - Support the sales team in CRM usage, including data entry, reporting, and user training

Qualifications - - BA/BS in Business, Finance, or a related field - Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role - Experience with CRM and BI, specifically reporting. - Keen analytical skills - ability to break down a problem into its core parts; identifying implications, timeframes and sequences. - Ability to work cooperatively with individuals across the organization and independently when appropriate. - Proficiency with Excel.
