We’re a team of passionate individuals with experience building & growing technology companies. You’ll be joining us at an exciting time – we’ve just raised a seed round of $10mil backed by leading VC funds in San Fransisco, NYC, and London.

So far our product has seen success in helping brands like Burger King, Chuck E Cheese, and others keep hiring through the great resignation in 2021. And we’re already seeing a lot of traction in 2022.

After the immense disruption to the job market over the past two years, we find ourselves at an opportune moment to revolutionise hiring with technology.

We’re working as hard as we can to bring hiring/job seeking into the 21st century. We want to make getting a job as simple as possible.

With salaries ranging from $100,000 - $160,000 + stock options. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has a strong understanding of architectural decisions on the tech and product side.

The role is 100% remote. with the occasional meetings in London.
About you
    • You are extremely self-motivated, ambitious about your personal and professional growth and want to work on hard problems.
    • You’re effective at working all over the stack.
    • You can take ownership of, and lead the architectural design of new products and systems.
    • You’re motivated to build great software and curious about user problems.
    • 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a startup environment.
    • You’re motivated to progress to a Tech Lead, managing a team of engineers.
    • You speak and write in an intellectually honest manner, and are comfortable communicating asynchronously with a remote team.
    • You’re experienced with code reviews, documentation, and taking the lead on implementing engineering practices.

Responsibilities
    • Own and support existing features; You’ll help support existing features for the Frontier web platform and various systems.
    • New product development; You’ll work on / lead building new products and MVPs with users and other stakeholders.
    • Team initiatives; You’ll work closely with the team and partner with PM to raise the bar on the product, improve processes, and hire new members.
