We are continually searching for the best talent; individuals who possess a deep commitment to the customers and markets we serve. We are currently seeking an individual contractor to fulfill the role of Commissioner of Deeds in all areas of Price Edward Island.

Reporting to the Business Process Management team, you will undertake the following: 

  • Meet with Lenders/customers at their Branch 
  • Witness and certify the validity of signatures on all mortgage and legal documents 
  • Ensure a positive customer service experience 
  • Excellent communication, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. 
  • Very strong planning and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to manage confidential information. 
  • Reliable email/cell phone access. 
  • Access to a reliable vehicle. 
  • Flexibility to work on an on-call basis, available days, evenings and weekends. 


Attendance required at in branch to witness/commission documents. Most appointments will be during branch business hours. Ideal for someone looking for an extra income.
