台灣分佈
SGS 集團於 1952 年在台灣設立瑞商遠東公證股份有限公司,成立初期在台北、基隆及高雄三大城市設立分公司。為配合國內產業升級及國際化的需求,於 1991 年 5 月成立台灣檢驗科技股份有限公司,以擴大提供專業測試及技術服務。2016年程智科技股份有限公司加入SGS 集團,在台電子電器領域服務更臻完整。

•Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
帶領專案之規劃和實施

•Confirm the project contract and owner’s requirement for the personnel’s work scope and technical specification requirement, making sure the personnel can meet owner and contract’s project requirements when performing the work.
對專案合約及業主對人員工作內容與技術規格要求之確認, 並確認人員執行工作時可以符合業主與合約的專案要求.

•Project planning and integration.
專案計劃的撰寫及整合

•Recruitment and Execution planning of new project members for new bidding/project.
新標案專案人員的招聘及執行規劃

•Arrange and coordinate project team members, build good relationships with project members and control work performance and project status.
召集和協調專案人員,與專案人員建立良好關係並掌控工作表現與專案現狀

•Assist and focus on team members difficulties and needs, provide more resources and strengthen coaching and training for the necessary area.
針對個別人員問題, 協助解決並針對需要的部份, 投入資源 ,加強輔導與訓練

•Constantly report reviewed and project status monitored will be needed and report to the management team on regular base.
報告定期審查並時常監控專案狀況 向管理團隊報告

•Build relationship with project clients and schedule related meetings.
與專案客戶建立關係並安排相關會議Assist in planning a new marketing plan.
協助規劃新的行銷計劃

•Increase the value of existing customers while attracting new ones.
在吸引新客戶的同時增加現有客戶的價值

•Participating the necessary seminars, conferences and industry events.
參加研討會、會議和產業活動

•Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
制定開發團隊和業務增長目標,並確保目標實現

•Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
培育人才並幫助團隊成員發展技能

•Apply judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity
遵循SGS道德與誠信規範進行判斷並採取行動

•Implement labor safety and health requirements, participate related educational training, health examinations, wear safety protective equipment in accordance with regulations, and comply with the company’s “Safety and Healthy Work Code”.
執行勞工安全衛生要求事項,接受相關教育訓練、健康檢查,依規定配戴安全防護具,並遵守公司「安全衛生工作守則」

•University degree with technical background (science and engineering) and good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
大學理工相關科系畢業,具有技術背景並且對市場動態和客戶行為有很好的了解

•Experience in successful business development and engineering project in the global engineering industry.
於球工程行業中具成功的業務發展與工程專案經驗

•Experience in engineering project management and key account management communication.
具工程專案管理和重要客戶管理溝通方面經驗

•Ability to thrive with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
能夠在最少的指導下蓬勃發展,積極主動,並處理不確定性問題

•Experice in developing technical training for internal employees.
發展內部員工技術訓練的經驗

•Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
精通Word,Excel,Outlook和PowerPoint

•Good computer operation ability to perform various tasks.
良好的電腦操作能力執行各項任務

•At least 3 years of working experience in a similar engineering management industry with practical project management experience.
至少3年工作經驗於類似工程管理行業中,並具有實際的專案管理經驗

•5-10 years of experience in structure or pipeline or mechanical and electrical engineering industry serivces would be preferred.
具有5-10年結構或管線或機電工程產業服務經驗為佳
