Job Title: Product Manager, Vibrant Exchange

Department: Information Technology

Reports to: VP of Product

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 35 hours

Compensation: $104,000 - $120,000/year

Position Overview: The Product Manager for Vibrant Exchange is responsible for driving development and enhancement of new and existing services. Vibrant Exchange is the central communications and engagement platform for crisis centers in the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline network, including over 200 centers. This person has a proven track record in building SaaS products, delivering outcome-driven roadmaps. The Product Manager for Vibrant Exchange also ensures to teams deliver the right solution to market and provides deep product expertise needed to make strategic product decisions.

Job Duties And Responsibilities**

  • Lead development and maintenance of features related to Vibrant Exchange, from concept to launch - expectation is 4-6 product releases a year
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, ensuring they align with the Vibrant Exchange product vision - specifically with the crisis centers in the network
  • Collaborate across products to deliver innovative solutions while ensuring coordinated and cohesive strategies
  • Maximize return on investment to enable organization value and by ensuring Product is “building the right thing”
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation and contribute to a product culture that encourages knowledge sharing, helping build best practice within the Product function
  • Work across the network of crisis centers to prioritize those features that have the greatest network and national impact

Key Skills

  • Proven experience in launching successful SaaS products, preferably within a nonprofit mental health, and/or health setting
  • Strong collaborator with external partners and cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business
  • Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders
  • Strong problem solver with ability to manage the team to drive toward outcomes
  • Passion to challenge the status quo and find innovative solutions and drive out of the box ideas – loves and embraces change

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 5 to 7 years of project/product management experience, working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
  • Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Not-for-Profit organization experience
  • Healthcare organization experience
  • Technology industry and/or health IT experience
  • Contact Center System implementation experience
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • Agile certification
  • UX research and design
