The Fountain Group . We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Paralegal for a prominent Pharmaceutical client of ours. This position is Remote. Details for the position are as follows:

6-month assignment with potential for extension or conversion.
Pay: 33.92/hr.
Support pharma contracts, vendor contracts, and legal contracts.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) is required. Paralegal degree from ABA accredited program is a plus.
Experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating contracts such as Master Service Agreements, Software as a Service Agreement, Statements of Work, Project Agreements, Order Forms, Amendments, Confidential Disclosure Agreements, Termination Letters, etc.
Review contract intake forms and work with procurement owners to obtain any missing information.
Working knowledge and negotiation expertise of key contract terms and how to negotiate such clauses.
