Position Title: Testing Automation Specialist

Salary Range: $78,000 - $90,000

Department: Information Technology

Reports to: Manager, Testing

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 35 hours

Position Summary**

Vibrant is seeking a Testing Automation Specialist. The successful candidate will be pivotal in ensuring software quality by developing and maintaining state-of-the-art automated tests. **

Responsibilities**

• Develop and manage automated test scripts using Python and Selenium, tailored for Django-based web applications and Salesforce integrations.
• Evaluate and implement test automation tools, emphasizing Selenium for optimal results.
• Collaborate with the team to define test strategies, develop test plans, and author automated

test cases for Salesforce and Django platforms.

• Oversee test data management and seamlessly integrate automated tests with deployment

pipelines.

• Manage the defect lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and comprehensive documentation.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Expertise in test automation and familiarity with tools like Selenium and JUnit.
• Proficiency in programming languages used for automation (e.g., Java, Python).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of two years experience in test automation.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
