Job description

Are you an attorney with a genuine interest in labor and employment law? If so, we want you to join our cutting-edge law firm focused on protecting workers' rights related to all labor and employment claims.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney who is a qualified California Bar member. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for representing workers whose former employers violated their state or federal rights, including prosecuting claims for wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, discrimination, and sexual harassment.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about labor and employment law and wants to make a difference by standing up for workers' rights. Experience is not required, as we will provide training to the selected candidate. We're looking for an Attorney who is knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service and counsel.

At our law firm, we believe that our Attorneys are our most valuable asset. That's why, we offer a competitive base salary of $4,853.33 per month to our Associate Attorneys, as well as a guaranteed minimum bonus, in accordance with our bonus plan, that makes the total compensation at least $70,000 within the first year (less applicable withholdings and in accordance with the company’s payroll procedures).

In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a flexible, remote work environment that allows our Attorneys to work from anywhere in California. We understand that work-life balance is important for our Associates. Other benefits include:
· 401(k) plan
· Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
· Generous paid time off policy
· Opportunities for professional growth and advancement

If you're ready to take the next step in your legal career and join a team of dedicated legal professionals committed to protecting workers' rights, we encourage you to apply today. Please include your resume, cover letter, and any other relevant documents. All resumes will be treated with the strictest of confidence.
Join our team of Attorneys and help make a difference in the lives of workers across California. Apply now and become an Associate Attorney with us!
