Job description

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at TexChange Unbrokered, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technological future of our platform. You will lead our tech initiatives, drive innovation, and ensure our systems' seamless operation, scalability, and security. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the company's technological strategy in alignment with business goals. Lead the tech team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning. Oversee all system design, development, and maintenance for our platforms. Ensure our tech stack is robust, scalable, and secure, meeting current and future needs. Engage with stakeholders and partners to ensure TexChange stays at the forefront of industry innovations. Collaborate with other department leads to ensure technology supports and drives the company's goals. Manage tech budgets, ensuring optimal ROI. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, compliance, and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least ten years of tech leadership experience, ideally within startups or innovative tech environments.
  • Proven experience in building and leading high-performing tech teams.
  • Strong knowledge of tech platforms and architectures, particularly AI, blockchain, and data analytics.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and visionary thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively at all internal and external levels.
