The opportunity

As part of our continued growth, we are building our talent pool for talented and driven Account Executives and Senior Account Executives.

Role responsibilities

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

  • Take project briefs from client or internal colleagues, questioning for clarification as necessary, and communicate requirements effectively to others internally.
  • Directly prepare or support the preparation of project timelines.
  • Liaise internally within the core account team and with shared services to monitor adherence to timelines and identify project delivery issues, escalating these as appropriate.
  • Prepare or support the preparation of materials for submission to client systems or tools, and/or other platforms or websites.
  • Act as point person on assigned areas of responsibility for internal team members, client and other external stakeholders, responding proactively to queries and requests as appropriate.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and execution of meetings and telecons (with internal and/or external participants), prepare agendas and meeting notes, and follow-up on action items as appropriate.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

  • Typically at least 1 year of prior experience in a project administration/coordination role.
  • Preferably prior experience in a medical communications, or similar, agency environment
  • Preferably experience of developing and tracking project budgets and timelines.
