Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Knowledge of Agile project management principles (especially Scrum) with at least 2 years of practical implementation and monitoring, Fluency in English.Key responsabilities:
- Assist the project manager and Product Owners in driving the implementation of processes in an agile mode
- Participate in needs gathering, prioritization, agile ceremonies, coordination with Product owners , testing, and validation of developments
- Support change management for users (deployment demos)
- Prepare communication tools for steering committee and other services, Enhance documentation
