Job description

We are looking for self-motivated and aspiring individual to join our startup business to blaze new grounds in the crowd influencing space. Responsibilities

  • Independently lead the campaign management and ad operations teams
  • Organize teamwork, create a balanced work schedule and ensure people are able to deliver results
  • Maximizes margins achieved from every project, ensuring forecasts are always met in the agreed time period
  • Oversee and quality control of media monitoring, proof of performance, campaign optimization, and post-analysis to ensure client objectives are met
  • Resolving campaign issues in a timely and productive manner, and identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Providing feedback to our product to help us scale our advertising platform
  • Support and maintain your client base to ensure a high-quality customer experience

Requirements


  • Minimum 6 years working experience in social, media, ad agencies, or digital consultancy companies and at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven experience in leading demand generation programs and delivering measurable results for B2C
  • Familiar with social media platforms, KOL & community handling, and events management.
  • Proficient in English speaking and written language preferred
    • Excellent eye for detail
    • Possess good time management skills to complete tasks in a timely manner
    • Capable to execute basic MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Words, Google sheets, and Google slides
