US Based Coach, UK International Soccer at UK International Soccer

We are looking for US Based Coaches who are hoping to improve their coaching career in the youth soccer industry of their local surrounding areas.

What You Will Do

Before Coaching

• Create fun and engaging weekly camp sessions for kids (kids are grouped according to age, but overall range is 4-18 years old)
• Complete and be up to date with all online training through UK International Soccer portal
• Arrive at sessions early to set-up and wear appropriate UKIS clothing
• Communicate with supervisor to ensure program readiness

When Coaching

• Provide players with fun and engaging sessions, working on the fundamentals of soccer, following UKIS methods
• Be a role model for players on and off the field
• Provide all players with individual and group feedback throughout practices
• Start sessions on time and finish sessions on time
• Be positive and represent the Company well in front of parents and client representatives

Requirements

We are looking for coaches with:

• Police/background check
• Experience playing soccer
• Experience working with children
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Good team work skills
• Reliable transportation
• Passion for making soccer fun
• Passion for helping kids develop their soccer skills
