Our Work Environment

MyZone Marketing Agency works in a results-only work environment (ROWE) so you are provided flexibility in setting your own hours and working from wherever you like. Additional benefits of ROWE include no tracking of sick days or vacation time. We were inspired by Dan Pink’s Ted Talk on the science of motivation, and believe that an intrinsically motivated team is the best way to solve the problems of the 21st century (ie: we don’t use carrots or sticks!). Make it better: We always ask ourselves why we are doing what we are doing, we take ownership of everything we are involved in, we constantly tinker and improve our processes living in a state of “permanent beta”, constantly thinking how can we further make things better around us. No task is done without first asking “why am I doing this? Could this be automated? Outsourced? Improved?
