Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with further education in payroll or HR, Proven track record in HR, Payroll, Finance or social security for over two years.
Key responsabilities:
- Prepare monthly country payroll using MDM data and input from local HR
- Collaborate with local HR and Finance for salary and bonus pay-outs, adhering to local policies, and provide necessary information to stakeholders
- Audit payroll activities, run reports in SAP HCM, contribute to compensation activities and support HR management as needed
