Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Founding Software Engineer to join our team and continue building our platform. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, has a strong technical skill set, a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, and an ability to adapt and overcome obstacles. This role will report directly to our Head of Engineering.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the product team to understand end-user requirements.
Develop scalable Cloud Native solutions with AWS.
Contribute to both frontend and backend development to deliver production-ready solutions.
Tackle complex problems and consistently deliver results on schedule.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve our technology, algorithms, and products.

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously without direct supervision.
Prior experience working in an early-stage startup as an engineer.
Strong proficiency in Typescript, NextJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
Prior experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks such as CDK, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
Comprehensive knowledge of the complete software development life cycle, including best practices and Agile Software Development.
Bonus: Familiarity with OpenAI's technologies and platforms, such as GPT-3 and its associated APIs.
