Content Marketing Coordinator

LifeLabs Learning is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s excited to grow their skills in content creation (including AI prompting and content generation), project management, and digital marketing. In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing our content strategy, driving engagement across email, social media, our podcast, and supporting demand generation efforts. You’ll report to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with freelance creatives and cross-functional partners, leveraging an integrated AI tech stack that includes Google AI Studio, Gemini, and ChatGPT. We’re looking for someone who brings creativity and visual branding instincts, is diligent about keeping projects on track, and hits tight deadlines. The deets:

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Location: Remote (can be based anywhere in the U.S.)

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Starting Salary: $60K starting base salary

  • Compensation: salary + bonus (Success Share)

    • Our compensation system is transparent and consistently applied throughout the company. As you take on new responsibilities, you can expect a yearly compensation increase, so long as you are meeting the role expectations #AlwaysBeLearning! 

    • Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our quarterly Success Share program which is a 10% bonus on your eligible earnings when we hit our quarterly revenue target.

  • Long-Term Incentive Plan: As part of your compensation package, you will be eligible to participate in the company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP). Your equity grant will be commensurate with the Generalist band of this role.

What You’ll Do:

Content Marketing & Editorial Calendar

  • Partner with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive top-of-funnel demand through strategic campaigns and innovative content ideas

  • Bring your ideas to the table and support our efforts to be continually building upon and improving demand generation and Identify opportunities to repurpose content for broader distribution

  • Manages editorial calendar for blogs, emails, podcasts, social media through ClickUp, our project management software

  • Ensure that all of the content we share with our community fits within our guidelines for actionable and valuable content  

  • Support on management of wordpress content on website  

Email Marketing

  • Be responsible for the conception and execution of our highly popular monthly newsletter ‘The Lab Report

  • Creates and executes visually compelling email marketing campaigns including but not limited to nurture campaigns, customer marketing, product marketing, and event marketing.

Organic Social Media

  • Drive content creation and publishing across owned channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), ensuring alignment with the content strategy and editorial calendar

  • Execute the social media strategy and calendar, staying current on trends and best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging

  • Manage community interactions and lead social media experiments, tracking performance and channel impact to inform future strategy

Podcast Coordination & Promotion

  • Coordinate logistics for podcast recording sessions, including guest scheduling, production timelines, and pre/post-production workflows

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth episode delivery and content readiness

  • Support promotional efforts by distributing episodes across owned channels and tracking performance to optimize engagement strategies

Graphic & Multimedia Design 

  • Create branded graphics and visual assets for social media, email marketing, paid advertising, events, and other marketing initiatives using tools like Canva and other design platforms

  • Edit short-form videos and motion graphics using tools such as CapCut, VEED, Canva, or similar to support campaigns, event promotions, podcast content, and social media engagement

  • Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all multimedia content while optimizing assets for performance and engagement across digital channels

Reporting & Analytics (Hubspot)

  • Execute marketing campaigns by building emails, templates, forms, workflows, and automations within Hubspot

  • Maintain data integrity and create segmented lists to support targeted outreach and reporting accuracy

  • Track and report on campaign and content performance using Hubspot, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.

  • Utilize general Hubspot functionality for: 

    • Campaigns

    • Forms

    • Workflows

    • List Building

    • Marketing Subscriptions

    • Email Marketing Data Integrity

Success Metrics & KPIs:

Website Content:

  • 2-4 new or optimized content pieces published each month

Social Media: 

  • M/M increase in LinkedIn followers

  • Increase engagement rates for content on LinkedIn

‘The Lab Report’ Newsletter: 

  • M/M increase in Newsletter subscribers 

  • Consistent open rate and CTR for newsletter 

Overall Marketing Strategy Impact:

  • Achievement of strategic goals outlined in the marketing plan.

  • Measurable contributions to the company's overall growth and revenue objectives.

  • Alignment with the marketing strategy and its effectiveness in reaching desired outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1+ years working in a marketing role

  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software 

  • An eye for brand consistency across formats

  • A passion for delivering content that is both delightful and on-message

  • Confidence in visual storytelling and basic design skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, VEED, or similar

  • Strong project management capabilities 

    • Ability to capture and track small but important details

  • Ability to adapt, learn, and find a way to play in the face of change and ambiguity 

  • Comfort juggling many tasks, projects, and relationships at once

  • An eagerness and skill in giving and receiving feedback 

  • A passion for marketing, business growth, and client building

  • Advanced time management and organization skills 

  • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
