ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Export Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding Minor Figures’ presence across international markets. You’ll drive growth through distributor management, new market entry strategies, and collaborative brand-building initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with our marketing, operations, and sustainability teams to ensure brand consistency, strong commercial performance, and seamless execution across borders.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Manage and grow existing export markets, nurturing relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.

  • Identify and evaluate new international markets for strategic expansion.

  • Lead commercial negotiations and set pricing structures, trade terms, and promotional plans in line with company goals

  • Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth international logistics, inventory planning, and order fulfillment.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to tailor brand strategy and assets for regional relevance while maintaining global consistency.

  • Track performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.

  • Represent Minor Figures at international trade shows, events, and customer meetings.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in export markets.

ABOUT YOU
  • 4+ years experience in international sales, export, or business development – ideally in FMCG, food & beverage, or a startup environment.

  • Strong understanding of distributor models, route-to-market strategies, and trade marketing.

  • Proven track record in growing brands internationally, preferably in plant-based, soft drinks, syrups or mixers.

  • A self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Passionate about sustainability, culture, and doing business with purpose.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
