Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support and Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide vital administrative and customer service support, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves managing customer communications (both inbound and outbound), maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, scheduling appointments, processing orders, and handling documentation.


Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage data across various systems
  • Scan and upload work orders into the database
  • Manage and utilize CRM platforms (Managely, Pipedrive)
  • Build, optimize, and manage workflows and task boards (Trello)
  • Make outbound calls and follow up on sales leads
  • Place equipment orders and schedule appointments
  • Perform regular data audits and system transfers
  • Provide outstanding customer service and handle inbound calls
  • Support both B2B and B2C operations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing improvements
  • Assist with general administrative tasks

Requirements

  • College educated
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Experience with custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems 
    (e.g. Pipedrive, Managely)
  • Experience with Project Management tools (e.g. Trello)
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (minimum speed of 25 Mbps)
