A premium, results-driven online coaching company is looking for a part-time remote
Marketing Optimisation Specialist who will be responsible for executing, refining, and optimising the company's proven marketing systems to drive lead generation and brand growth. This role requires a hands-on, execution-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing paid ads, email marketing, content strategy, and funnel optimisation. With a focus on results and impact, you will take ownership of daily marketing operations, ensuring the brand remains strong and continues to resonate with its audience, while allowing the founder to focus on broader business strategy. This permanent independent contracting role requires 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
● Manage and optimise Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive high-quality leads.
● Continuously test and tweak ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve performance.
● Implement re-targeting strategies to nurture warm audiences.
Content & Email Marketing Execution
● Oversee and manage content creation (emails, blogs, social media) to engage and convert leads.
● Create and schedule email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and clients.
● Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence.
● Work with coaches/team to highlight case studies and success stories.
Funnel & Website Optimisation
● Track and analyse conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
● Optimise landing pages and lead magnets to increase conversions.
● Work closely with the team to refine lead nurturing sequences.
Brand & Community Growth
● Ensure the brand message remains strong, consistent, and engaging.
● Oversee social media engagement and audience growth strategies.
● Identify new marketing opportunities (strategic partnerships, collaborations, etc.).
Data & Performance Tracking
● Monitor key marketing metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and make data-driven adjustments.
● Provide weekly reports on campaign performance and optimisation strategies.
● Work closely with the founder to align on high-level growth objectives.
