Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator with a strong background in landscaping and construction. This role will support contract management and administration processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and project requirements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration within the landscaping or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and related documentation.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations and timelines are met by all parties.
  • Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients regarding contract status and performance.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with terms and conditions of contracts.
  • Manage change orders and track contract amendments.
  • Assist with bid preparation and procurement processes.
  • Ensure adherence to local and federal regulations related to contracts and licensing.
  • Prepare reports related to contract activities and project status.
  • Support administrative functions as required within the construction or landscaping departments.
Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with project management practices and tools.
