Summary:

Following a recent merger and strategic alignment, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Account Executive (Inside Sales) and Marketing teams. This individual will serve in a high-impact leadership capacity, responsible for driving revenue growth through expansion of existing client accounts, enhancing client experience, and aligning sales and marketing efforts to maximize retention and cross-trade expansion.

This is a strategic leadership role, not an individual contributor role. Compensation includes a team-based commission structure, based on the measurable growth and success of the inside sales team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Client Growth

· Lead and manage the Account Executive team with a focus on growing existing client relationships across additional trades, regions, or service lines.

· Develop and execute account growth strategies that align with company goals, leveraging data, client feedback, and market insights.

· Set and manage performance targets for Account Executives tied to client revenue expansion, retention, and satisfaction.

· Support the AE team in high-level client escalations, helping ensure a “white glove” service experience in collaboration with the Repair & Maintenance teams.

· Serve as an internal advocate for the client, ensuring all departments understand client expectations and deliver accordingly.

 

Marketing Oversight

· Manage the internal marketing function, ensuring alignment between marketing campaigns and sales goals.

· Collaborate with marketing to generate targeted campaigns and content that support account expansion and client retention.

· Guide brand positioning, thought leadership, and sales enablement tools that help the AE team engage clients more effectively.

 

Cross-Functional Leadership

· Partner closely with Sr. Leadership, Operations- R&M, PM, and AHs & Capital Project teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a unified client experience.

· Champion a performance-driven, collaborative, and supportive culture across the AE and Marketing teams.

· Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on growth metrics, campaign impact, and team performance.

 

Proficiencies:

· Demonstrated success in coaching sales talent, developing scalable processes, and creating team-based performance models.

· Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to thrive in a dynamic, post-merger environment with evolving responsibilities.

 

Supervisory Requirements:

This position has supervisory responsibility.

 

Education/ Experience:

Associate or bachelor’s Degree with six years’ experience in Facilities Management and proven sales techniques or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proven experience in leading inside sales/account executive teams, ideally in a B2B or service-based environment. As well as a strong understanding of strategic account growth, client retention, and consultative selling.

 

Work Environment/Physical & Visual Demands.

· This position works a fluctuating schedule Monday – Friday typically within standard office hours; overtime may be necessary or required.

· This position requires extensive contact with people and travel may be required.

· Physical Demands: Speaking, Listening, Writing, Sitting, Keystroke, Crouching, Kneeling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Finger movement, Squatting, Grasping, Repetitive Motion, and Sedentary/ Light work, Climbing, requiring lifting up to 20lbs or up to 50lbs with assistance.

· Visual Demands: Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing computer terminals and reading.

· Environment Conditions: This position is subject to sufficient noise with an indoor environmental condition; protected from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
