Job description

We’re hiring a Key Account Manager for our partner company, a global leader in on-demand manufacturing.
This innovative firm connects businesses with a worldwide network of manufacturing partners to deliver custom production solutions—from CNC machining to 3D printing, injection molding, and more. 

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the company’s growth. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding strategic accounts, and driving revenue while acting as a trusted advisor. Your focus will be on value creation and partnership development, supported by an internal team of Sales Assistants, Pricing Engineers, and Technical Engineers who handle quoting and follow-ups—allowing you to concentrate on building lasting relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets in your sector or region
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on customer acquisition strategies
  • Conduct client meetings and deliver customized, solution-focused presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution
  • Manage the entire sales cycle for strategic accounts
  • Track and manage activities, pipeline, and opportunities via CRM
  • Provide customer insights to improve products and services
  • Support quotation and contract processes
  • Represent the company in line with the commercial strategy

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in manufacturing services (e.g., CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding) is a significant advantage
  • Minimum B2 level of English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle customer projects
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Hybrid role in Istanbul or fully remote in other cities

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations, purchasing, or supply chain processes. 
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales projects.
  • Strong digital communication skills and comfort with online customer engagement.
