Currently, we are seeking a Mid+ to Senior Integrations Specialist to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:
Position Title: Mid to Mid+ Integrations Specialist
Location: Remote - LATAM
What you will be doing:
  • Gather and analyze business and development team requirements to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve efficiencies and processes through integration.
  • Design end-to-end integration solutions, clearly document architecture and workflows, and deliver them to engineering teams for execution (e.g., Digibee engineers).
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, especially in logistics (TMS, Ship Order, LTL mode, interline shipment), to understand operational needs and deliver scalable integration solutions.
  • Proactively monitor integration performance and troubleshoot, resolve, and report integration issues to impacted teams and stakeholders.
  • Adhere to established development and integration processes, best practices, and standards.
  • Use user and stakeholder feedback to guide the development of new products and integration enhancements.
  • Participate in customer-facing discussions to clarify needs, present solutions, and build strong relationships through clear communication and problem-solving.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Bachelor’s or higher in Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative field preferred (advanced degrees are a plus)
  • Strong experience designing integration solutions, including creating architecture documentation for implementation by platform engineers (e.g., Digibee).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address potential challenges in data integration and API connections.
  • Familiarity with API documentation and tools.
  • Knowledge of setting up and managing webhooks to allow real-time data exchange between applications.
  • Logistics domain knowledge is a must—especially in areas like TMS, Ship Order processing, LTL shipping, and interline shipment workflows.
  • Experience connecting data sources to Power BI
  • No fear attitude of exploring data systems and developing right right-sized solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working directly with customers and internal stakeholders; must be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Familiarity with Digibee or other iPaaS platforms (preferred but not required).
