Arrowmont Constructors is seeking a Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for hands-on, on-site project management for ground-up retail and restaurant construction projects valued between $1M and $3M. You'll play a critical part in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Manage day-to-day onsite construction activities on assigned projects.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.
• Monitor and maintain construction schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications; assist subcontractors in plan interpretation.
• Ensure job site safety and enforce company safety protocols.
• Perform regular project inspections for quality assurance and problem resolution.
• Handle site logistics, including materials deliveries and inventory control.
• Communicate consistently with Project Managers and clients regarding progress and issues.
• Document daily field reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Travel frequently throughout Texas, the Southeast U.S., and Colorado for projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 + years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (Restaurant and retail experience).
• Strong blueprint and plan reading skills.
• Excellent scheduling and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with software like Planswift, Microsoft Project, PlanGrid, and Sage is a plus.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting deliveries and climbing ladders.
• Strong communication skills for effective team and client interactions.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel as required.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Weekend work may be required depending on project schedules
