The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates for various job roles within the company. This role requires effective communication and relationship-building skills to ensure a seamless recruitment process from candidate search to job offer. The recruitment specialist will collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure high-quality candidates are shortlisted and endorsed for onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize multiple recruitment channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to source potential candidates for open roles
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
Extend job offers to selected candidates
Prepare detailed profiles of shortlisted candidates and endorse them to the HR team for onboarding
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
At least 2 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
Working Conditions:
Full-time - 40 hours per week
