Summary/Objective

The Grunt Style Wholesale Team is growing aggressively. Our mission is to strengthen the Grunt Style brand through our network of premium retail partners. We are hiring a National Account Manager to help us continue growing, without losing focus on our current customer network. The National Account Manager will work proactively with our top national and key regional accounts to manage and nurture long-term relationships and drive sales and brand growth. This position is a true trusted advisor, expected to support each account by establishing relationships, driving sales, and by adapting to the changing environment within retail markets and at Grunt Style. The National Account Manager is responsible for executing high level sales objectives set by the Director of Wholesale. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of sales tasks: including meeting and exceeding sales targets, building strong relationships with current partners that drive growth in sales, and prospecting for new premium retail partners that will impact the wholesale business. You will be successful if you are a highly motivated & self-driven sales professional with excellent communication skills, business savvy, and able to quickly engage with customers and build relationships.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Lead sales strategies in an aggressive growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify sales trends and work across internal teams to meet customer needs.

  • Create presentations for business partners, corporate executives, and internal teams.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer reports, and expense reports as needed.
  • Attend sales meetings, training programs, and trade shows as needed.
  • Provide timely communication and preeminent customer service.
  • Work effectively with marketing, operations, and other internal departments.
  • Analyze POS data to evaluate opportunities and potential issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external demand planning teams on account level forecasts.
  • Influence and impact change.
  • Be the face of Grunt Style as a brand.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales/account management experience.
  • Strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good analytical skills.


Preferred Education and Experience

  • BA or BS in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
  • 7+ years of sales producing experience.
  • Dogged sales mentality.
  • Relationship-focused sales experience is a plus.

This job operates remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers/copiers.


Physical Demands

This position may involve travel, constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for long periods of time.
