Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Client Success Manager to join our team and help scale impact-driven residential contractors while contributing to global missionary projects. As our Digital Marketing Client Success Manager, you’ll be the face of our client relationships, ensuring every customer feels valued and achieves their goals through our services.

Responsibilities: 

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our digital marketing clients.
  • Driving client retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring successful contract renewals.
  • Ensuring all client KPIs are met and consistently delivered.
  • Maintaining a client retention rate of 85% or higher.
  • Increasing upsell revenue by 10-20% from existing clients monthly.
  • Ensuring all client goals and KPIs are met with excellence.
  • Managed between 20-30 client accounts​.

Requirements
  • Strong background in roofing paid ads and digital marketing is a must
  • Passionate about client success and relationship building.
  • Strongly organized, with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Experienced in digital marketing with a deep understanding of the industry.
  • A fluent English speaker at C2 proficiency.
  • Honest, humble, and not afraid of giving 110% effort—a team player who owns their responsibilities without micromanagement.

Benefits
  • Salary: $2,000-$2,500 Monthly
