Sales Executive
Position Summary:
The Affiliate Marketing Group of Andromeda at Constellation Software Inc is a fast-paced SaaS team providing cutting-edge affiliate marketing tracking software (TUNE and CAKE) tailored for performance marketing. Our platforms empower digital marketers to manage, track, compensate and scale their performance-based partnerships with precision and ease. We're looking for an experienced, driven Sales Executive to help us grow our presence across North America.
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business acquisition within the mid-market segment for TUNE and CAKE products. This is a hunting role focused on identifying, engaging, and closing new customers in the affiliate marketing ecosystem. You will bring a proven track record of digital marketing SaaS sales success, an understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, and the ability to work consultatively with advertisers, publishers, executives and agencies.
Job Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market accounts across North America
Proactively identify and engage new prospects through outbound efforts (cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, industry events, etc.)
Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the business value of our affiliate tracking platforms
Develop proposals and negotiate contract terms with decision-makers
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using Sales Force
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to drive new leads, align messaging and optimize the buyer journey
Stay current on affiliate and digital marketing trends and competitors
Qualifications:
4+ years of progressive sales experience in digital marketing SaaS, with a minimum of 2 years in a hunter role
Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing mid-market deals ($20k–$100k ARR range)
Understanding of digital marketing, affiliate networks, and performance-based marketing models
Passion for finding and identifying those who “want to learn more” about our products and services
Experience selling to networks, advertisers, or agencies preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, stay organized and multitask effectively in a remote environment
Staying informed about industry and competitive products and services
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Previous experience at an affiliate network, affiliate SaaS platform, or performance marketing agency
Existing network of affiliate marketers or performance-based advertisers
