The Analyst, Program Oversight and Management, will work on high-priority IKC initiatives by collaborating with senior operating leaders of DaVita Integrated Kidney Care. The Analyst will support key initiatives related to the development and operation of integrated care programs. This position works effectively across multiple functional areas to drive team efforts toward common goals related to integrated care programs. The analyst should demonstrate a proven ability to creatively problem solve and examine, and translate data into meaningful business insights to support these programs. The Analyst will also assist in the creation and management of datasets and demonstrate a proven ability to analyze and translate data. The Analyst will be part of a team of highly motivated individuals with management consulting and project management experience, and is expected to effectively manage individual work streams.      

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the compilation and review of data and submissions related to CMS audit notifications in collaboration with teammates and other workgroups

  • Assist with creating deliverable timelines and executing action plans for the purposes of internal and external compliance

  • Address program administration-related data queries and work collaboratively with teammates to provide resolutions to leadership and field operators

  • Understands regulatory guidelines and operates within the guidelines to mitigate risk to the business

  • Assist with organizing and streamlining program administration projects and workflows

  • Conduct regular communications with DaVita IKC Operations team to ensure ongoing compliance needs are met, and conducts operational reporting development and delivery

  • Assist with preparing materials for presentation to senior level management

  • Act as a liaison between different business lanes within DaVita departments to facilitate the collection and analysis of program administration parameters

  • Make significant contributions to the definition of content/agendas and research for special projects

  • Use effective methods and well-developed interpersonal skills to collaborate with and gather information from experts at all levels of organization

  • Work closely with department teammates to assist in evaluating, implementing and monitoring progress on key development opportunities

  • Prepare, organize, and displays data/results to convey targeted messages for each audience, and convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis

  • Participate in special projects outside of the day-to-day scope on responsibility

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to:

  • Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training, as needed.

  • Knows, understands, and follows teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures.

  • Travels up to 10% of the time

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in operational business setting, consulting, or corporate strategy role preferred

Salary/ Wage Range

$56,500.00 - $75,000.00 / year

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

• New York Exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year
• Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year

New York Non-exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour
• Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour


Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year

Washington Non-exempt:
• Bellingham: $17.66/hour
• Burien: $21.16/hour
• Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour
• Renton: $20.90/hour
• Seattle: $20.76/hour
• Tukwila: $21.10/hour
• Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
