Know the Finance Team

The Finance team works on a dynamic ecosystem with all sorts of technologies, frameworks, and duration. We interact daily with people located in several cities around the world. The finance team at ArcTouch is the backbone of our success, allowing our teams to deliver award-winning work for clients. Role Expectations
  • Work daily in English (From 80% to 100% of the period) with teams from Europe, Asia, and America, participating in meetings, communicating fluently in English with senior leadership, demonstrating solid knowledge of accounting sciences and resourcefulness in clear communication to present reports, insights, and action plans. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
  • Be results-oriented, using your critical problem-solving and data interpretation skills to perform business financial analysis, and be flexible to attend to different time zones if necessary. 
  • Keep organised and detail-oriented to ensure the accuracy of accounting entries and reports from our Shared Services Centre (“SCS”) and generate value deliveries.
  • Complete the monthly closing procedures, compiling and sending the monthly accounting entries with adequate support, permanently preserving the deadlines and quality of the process.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of monthly account reconciliations for BS & P&L, identifying discrepancies and inefficiencies in the reconciliation process and providing the correction journal to ensure the accuracy of the ending balances.
  • Provide support to the annual financial planning process, the Inter-Group monthly invoicing, and ad-hoc tax reports, maintaining compliance with tax regulations and following group policies.  
  • Work closely with local finance teams in North America, Latin America, and other Regions to ensure alignment and consistency in financial information and processes.
On a typical day with us, you will
  • Assist with the US month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures.
  • Prepare the US journal entries to be processed by the SCS in the US.
  • Review the P&L to ensure that Revenue and Expenses are properly booked.  Work with Finance to understand any Forecast problems.
  • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts. 
  • Think of ways of improving our tools and processes. 
  • Maintain Actuals information from SAP-BFC to keep updated on all support.
  • Stretch your legs in our Laboral Gymnastics time, or even stop for a while and meditate a bit with our Guided meditation group, or even play a video game with someone else from the team.
