  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and security research.
  • Drive the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with customer requirements, business goals, and market opportunities.

  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development cycles, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and executive leadership, to gather feedback, understand market dynamics, and ensure product-market fit.
  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and value propositions to internal teams and external stakeholders, such as customers and partners.
  • Act as a product evangelist, representing the MDR, IR, and Cyber Insurance business internally/externally, including speaking at industry conferences and events.

Product Performance and Analytics:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of key deliverables.
  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and usage metrics to continuously improve the product and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to MDR, IR, Cyber Insurance, and cybersecurity to ensure the product remains competitive and cutting-edge.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the cybersecurity industry, with a preference for Threat Detection Investigation and Response or related areas.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of complex software products.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product features and roadmaps.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and proficiency in using Agile project management tools.
