Platzi is looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to grow our enterprise customer base across Latin America. This role focuses on building relationships with large organizations, understanding their needs, and providing tailored learning solutions from Platzi Business. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, with a strong focus on consultative selling and creating long-term partnerships.

As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Platzi Business, you will be the driving force behind our growth in Latin America’s largest organizations. You are a true “hunter”—relentlessly prospecting, qualifying, and closing new enterprise deals. You’ll leverage consultative selling skills to uncover key business challenges, craft bespoke learning solutions, and secure high-value contracts that fuel long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • New Business Acquisition: Proactively source and engage C-level and VP stakeholders at large enterprises (500+ employees), building a robust pipeline of net-new opportunities.
  • Full Sales-Cycle Ownership: Manage every stage—from cold outreach and needs analysis to proposal negotiation and contract signing—ensuring timely deal closures.
  • Consultative Solution Selling: Diagnose client pain points, align Platzi’s offerings to strategic objectives, and articulate clear ROI to drive swift decision-making.
  • Revenue Closing: Close high-impact deals (USD 50K+) with confidence and tenacity, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to tailor onboarding, implementation plans, and upsell strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to sharpen your pitch and maximize win rates.
Qualifications
  • Hunter Mentality: 5+ years of proven success in new-business sales for SaaS or enterprise solutions, with a track record of sourcing and closing large deals in LATAM.
  • Enterprise Deal Experience: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close contracts of USD 50K+ in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Executive Presence: Skilled at engaging VP and C-suite executives, presenting with confidence, and building trusted advisor relationships.
  • Consultative Expertise: Strong problem-solving mindset, adept at uncovering needs and positioning tailored solutions that drive transformational learning outcomes.
  • CRM & Tools Savvy: Proficient with Salesforce (or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead-gen platforms for efficient pipeline management.
  • Resilience & Drive: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and unafraid of rejection—persistence is your superpower.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (B2+), with excellent verbal and written skills to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Bonus: Experience scaling high-growth startups or navigating fast-paced environments.
