POSITION SUMMARY:
Cority is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to partner closely with marketing leadership and the Digital & Brand Team to assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy with a specific focus on increasing both organic and paid traffic, improving engagement & conversion rates, enhancing user experience, and search engine optimization. This role will be responsible for supporting the management and execution of customer acquisition programs across multiple digital channels to drive growth in all stages of the marketing funnel.
Primary Responsibilities:SEO, SEM, & AdvertisingPerform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization (Google Ads, Bing)Leverage a holistic strategy and coordination of search marketing activities across paid and organic channels while considering social media opportunities and influenceAssist in the creation and implementation of an ongoing SEO program that is constantly monitored and optimizedConsult on multi-lingual, multi-regional, and global SEO strategyContinually identify opportunities for improvement in digital marketing activities as they relate to lead generation campaign strategies across PPC, SEO, and social media channels.Develop, implement, and optimize link-building strategiesManage updates and conversion optimization strategies for additional advertising channels such as paid social, ensuring cohesive cross-channel marketing via advertising that supports department and company strategies and goals
Analytics & CROEnsure that the leads provided to internal resources (e.g., sales, etc.) are accurately routed through back-end operations Continuously evaluate the quality of leads generated by digital marketing activities and work to maintain/improve quality while optimizing conversion rates for target personas from ICP organizationsManage, and report regularly on campaign and channel performance for owned channels (e.g., ROI, leads, conversions, engagement etc.)Drive A/B testing process within SEM and landing pages, reporting and acting on results to drive CROCollaborate with internal and external resources to manage and resolve SEM & SEO prioritiesCollaborate with solutions marketing and brand communication team members on the creation of ad copy and landing pagesSupport the optimization of digital operations through marketing automation tools, CRMs, website, and broader marketing tech stackRequirements/Qualifications:Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from college/university3+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS or software experienceBackground or experience in any of the verticals or markets that Cority serves is a plus, including environmental, health, safety, sustainability, quality3+ years of progressive experience in the digital marketing space3+ years of hands-on experience with SEO and SEM (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn)Obsessed with optimizing paid advertising channels to get the most out of a budgetInformed and on top of digital and search marketing trends with a perspective and action plan for a future without 3rd party cookiesWorking knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, QualifiedAbility to operate and excel at strategic and tactical levelsSome to advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, XMLComfortable in a PC & Microsoft business tools environmentExceptional communication and collaboration skills with colleagues in cross-functional teamsA dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and a digital marketing connoisseur but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisionsDemonstrated understanding of a B2B marketing funnel and how to align digital marketing with customer journeysGreat interpersonal skills and ability to interact with the audience and colleagues across the globe in a polished and professional demeanorHighly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to project management effectively with decentralized, cross-functional teamsOutstanding problem-solving skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentStrong, reliable internet connectionCority is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
