Revenue Operations & E-Commerce Sales Specialist
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations & E-Commerce Sales Specialist to immediately strengthen our sales engine. This role is mission-critical to driving both our Shopify sales and B2B bulk order pipeline forward. You'll work directly with the CEO and support our two existing VAs (admin + content).
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Audit and optimize website and product listings to boost conversions (copywriting, layout, SEO, offers)
- Set up and refine upsells, bundles, and abandoned cart flows
- Use tools like Vitals, Klaviyo, Filemonk, Lulu Direct, and SearchPie to manage store systems
- Monitor site analytics and recommend action plans based on traffic and sales data
- Manage inbound leads from hospitals, schools, and facilities, with lead calling and appointment setting
- Build and maintain a lightweight CRM (Airtable or Go High Level preferred)
- Set up SOPs for quotes, invoices, bulk orders, and licensing
- Draft and deliver custom proposals and client follow-ups
- Build weekly revenue reports and dashboards
- Identify bottlenecks in product delivery, digital download issues, and order flow
- Streamline tech tools for sales automation and fulfillment
- Coordinate with the CEO on pricing strategy, packaging, and new offers
Requirements
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
- 3+ years of e-commerce and/or sales operations experience (Shopify required)
- Strong with conversion tactics, analytics, and process improvement
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Filemonk, and other Shopify ecosystem tools
- CRM experience with Airtable, Go High Level, or HubSpot
- Professional, proactive communicator (written + verbal)
- Bonus: healthcare or education industry experience
- Bonus: Google Ads/ Analytics experience
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 30-90 DAYS):
- Increase Shopify conversion rate from 0.7% to 2%+
- Fully optimize top 10 product pages
- Launch B2B outreach system and manage live leads
- Automate fulfillment flow for digital and physical orders
- Provide revenue snapshot and action plan weekly
