monday.com is looking for a Senior Product Analyst for the Mobile group who is passionate about mobile experiences, user behavior, and data. In this role, you’ll drive key insights and strategies to enhance our mobile product and ensure an optimal user experience across platforms. You will join our Product Team based in our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.

The Mobile Group at monday.com is responsible for delivering a seamless and high-performing experience to users on the go. We build and optimize our iOS and Android apps to ensure they are fast, intuitive, and aligned with our core product offering. Our team works cross-functionally to bring the power of monday.com to mobile, enabling customers to stay connected, collaborate, and get work done from anywhere.


About The Role

  • Play a key role in shaping the mobile experience for our users through data-driven decision-making and deep analysis of mobile usage patterns.
  • Be the primary analytical point of contact for the mobile product group and work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses on mobile engagement, retention, and conversion to identify new opportunities and directly influence the mobile roadmap.
  • Analyze complex mobile data sets, generate insights, and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations to optimize the mobile experience.
  • Develop hypotheses, design and execute A/B tests, and measure the impact of changes to mobile features and UX.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that track mobile product performance, monitor mobile-specific KPIs, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Stay on top of mobile trends, best practices, and user expectations to ensure our app stays competitive and delightful.



Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar data analyst role
  • Proficiency level of SQL - must
  • You are a great storyteller and communicator and can build fruitful relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • You have a deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. You know when to use a single number and when to build a complex forecasting model
  • You are capable of tackling ambiguous problems and challenges
  • You have a passion for making sense of user behavior, using any available methods and a dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach in product development
  • You are a curious, independent and rigorous individual
  • You have the technical skills to perform advanced analytics with large datasets with technologies such as Python, Pandas, R, SQL
